Sushi For Dogs

1 cup brown rice (cooked)
2 cups chicken broth and liquid from salmon
2 large eggs, hard boiled and coarsely chopped
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup carrots, cooked, and finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp cod liver oil
1 bunch fresh spinach
Add all ingredients (except spinach) to large mixing bowl. Combine until mixed thoroughly.
Lay out a spinach leaf. Scoop 2 tbsp salmon mixture onto leaf. Roll up.
Refrigerate. Slice and serve cut size up.
Your dog will just love these.
