Ground Hog Recipe for Boston Terriers

Really, I am just joking here.  I would never promote the killing of groundhogs on this Ground Hog’s day.  To me, ground hog is sausage and with that in mind, I have a ground hog recipe for Boston Terriers and here it is.  Keep in mind that this should be served in only very small amounts.  A serving should be about the size of a small meatball.

Ground Hog Recipe for Boston Terriers

Ground pork: 1 lb.
Rubbed sage: 1/2 teaspoon
Rubbed summer savory: 1/3 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg: 1/8 teaspoon
Ground marjoram: 2/3 teaspoon
Ground black pepper: 1/3 teaspoon

Mix the ingredients and form into very small patties or meatballs.  Fry until done and serve cooled.  Refrigerate any left-overs.
